About backups. Backups are included in every plan and we restore from them on request. They are not a substitute for keeping your own copy of anything you cannot afford to lose: a backup can fail, and one taken after a problem started can carry the problem with it. What we hold, and where responsibility sits, is set out in section 8 of our terms.

Moving in
Migrations are on us.
Moving hosts should not be your problem. We handle the whole migration: website files, databases, email accounts and DNS records. Everything is tested before the live DNS is switched, so downtime is planned, predictable and usually none at all.

All plans are month to month, setup is free, and we move you from your current host at no charge. Backups are included on every plan and are not a replacement for your own copy. Hosting covers the environment your site runs in; building and maintaining the site itself is yours, unless you buy design and development from us. Need to resell? Prices are set against managed hosting renewal rates, not introductory offers, so what you pay in year two is what you see here. These three tiers replace the four older products in our billing system; existing customers keep the price they pay today. Existing customers keep the price they pay today. Prices for new services can change with 30 days' notice, and you can cancel before a change takes effect. See section 7 of our terms.
