What we collect
Only what you type into our contact form: your name, business, email address, phone number, what you need, and your message. The hosting also keeps standard access logs, which include IP addresses and the pages requested, used to keep the service running and secure.
Why we collect it
To answer you, and to provide the services you ask us for. That is the whole purpose.
What we do not do
We do not sell your information, rent it, or share it with advertisers. We do not send marketing email to people who contacted us about a project unless they asked for it.
Client data on hosting we manage
If we host your website, we hold whatever your site holds. We access it to run and support the service and for nothing else. Backups are retained on a rolling basis and expire automatically.
Cookies
This site sets no advertising cookies. If we add analytics it will be limited to understanding which pages are useful.
Your choices
Ask us what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it, and we will. Email support@zabtek.com.
Zabtek LLC and Henry Digital Media LLC are joint data controllers. Retention periods still need confirming, and this policy should be read against the hosting terms of service.
