Privacy policy

What we collect

Only what you type into our contact form: your name, business, email address, phone number, what you need, and your message. The hosting also keeps standard access logs, which include IP addresses and the pages requested, used to keep the service running and secure.

If you request a free website audit, we collect the website address you enter, your name, your email address and, if you give it, your phone number. Our audit service, operated with Henry Digital Media, visits that website to produce your report, and we keep your request so we can follow up about it.

Why we collect it

To answer you, and to provide the services you ask us for. That is the whole purpose.

What we do not do

We do not sell your information, rent it, or share it with advertisers. We do not send marketing email to people who contacted us about a project unless they asked for it.

Client data on hosting we manage

If we host your website, we hold whatever your site holds. We access it to run and support the service and for nothing else. Backups are retained on a rolling basis and expire automatically.

Cookies

This site sets no advertising cookies. If we add analytics it will be limited to understanding which pages are useful.

If you arrive through a referral link (a web address ending in ?ref= and a code), we store that code in a cookie named zb_ref for 90 days so we know who referred you. It holds only the code, and it is sent with any form you submit.
