Where to send what

Something is broken
Open a ticket in the client area, or email support@zabtek.com. A ticket is better: it is tied to your account and nothing gets lost in a mailbox. Include the page address, what you did, and what happened instead. A screenshot helps more than a description.
Checking whether it is just you
Our network status page shows current server state. If something is down we usually know before the first ticket arrives.
How-to questions
The knowledgebase covers email setup, cPanel, DNS and the questions we get most often.
The site is down
Call. Email is for things that can wait an hour, and an outage is not one of them. Our monitoring usually catches it first, but call anyway.
Invoices and accounts
Email billing@zabtek.com for billing, renewals or account changes.
New work on an existing site
Email sales@zabtek.com and describe what you want changed. Small changes are often same-week.
A developer workspace with a monitor showing a page under review.

What to include when you report something.

The exact address of the page, copied from the browser bar. What you expected, and what happened instead. Whether it happens every time or only sometimes. Which browser and device, if you know. And a screenshot, if there is anything to see.

None of that is bureaucracy. Each one removes a round trip, and most problems get fixed on the first reply when they are all present.

Something needs fixing?

Open a ticket and it is tied to your account. If it is urgent, call rather than type.
